Honest answers.

What counts as a “processed email”?
Every email Valyn receives counts as one — whether it's classified as WISMO, marked as non-WISMO, or sent back for manual review. Replies don't count separately. Notifications you receive from Shopify itself don't count.
What happens if I exceed my plan limit?
Auto-replies pause for the rest of the billing period and emails land in your dashboard log marked “Over quota”. Upgrade to resume sending — usage resets on the next renewal.
Is there a free plan?
Every plan comes with a 7-day free trial. We don't offer a perpetual free tier — running inbound mail infrastructure costs money, and we'd rather charge fairly than nickel-and-dime you with usage limits.
How do I cancel?
Uninstall Valyn from your Shopify admin. Billing stops immediately. About 48 hours after uninstall, Shopify sends us a shop-redaction request and we permanently delete your shop's data.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from the embedded billing panel. Pro-rated through Shopify.
